RESERVATIONS

In order to book a class, you must create an account online or login to your existing account by clicking the 'ACCOUNT' tab and purchase a class/package or use classes already purchased and available in your account.  Now you're all set to manage your account through our WellnessLiving Web App! You can start by clicking 'BUY CLASSES' or book straight from the 'SCHEDULE' tab at the top of our website. For KSS Spinners, you can now reserve a bike location of your choice! *Look for promo codes before you book by clicking on the promotion bar at the top of the page.

LATE ARRIVALS

Unless notified at least 15 minutes prior by calling or using the web app, if you are not in the studio at scheduled start time, it will be considered a no-show and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another member on the wait-list or on stand by. We ask that you stay for the entire class. Once cool down is complete and stretches are in progress, you may exit. ONCE DOORS CLOSE, CLASS is CLOSED to EVERYONE. Your safety and experience is valued! 

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • Unlimited membership holders will be charged the single ride fee $15
  • Double-bookings with late cancels will be subject to the above charges
  • Flex deal holders will have a class deducted from their account
  • Reservations may be cancelled without penalty 5 hours prior to the class start time, regardless of class size. A no show to class is considered a late cancel and is subject to charges and penalties

  1. Wear comfortable workout gear. WARNING: YOU WILL SWEAT. So we recommend tank tops/t-shirts, biker shorts or leggings. Cycling shoes are not required, but strongly recommended for a more efficient ride. Our Keiser bikes support SPD cleats.
  2. Bring yourself, water, & HIGH ENERGY! If you forget your water, you can purchase a bottle at the studio. We will have towels, male & female changing rooms with lockers to store your belongings, and a shower to get you all cleaned up after an intense workout.
  3. Arrive hydrated and ready for an exciting ride. Let the instructor know if it's your first class and if you have any medical issues or other concerns before class.
