New to Spin? No worries, we got you covered in this beginners 40 minute spin class! You will learn to set-up your Keiser bike, tech features, proper posture, all to get you entirely rocking for your next spin session. Let's ride!
For 30 minutes, we'll take you through a series of climbs, sprints, jumps, and upper body work with a playlist that will make you feel you've been through a full 60 minute session! NO SWEAT 🤪
A 45-60 minute ride that will push you to your max with four rounds of intense heavy pedaling. Consists of a warmup, 60 second break in between rounds, and a cool down. You will be amazed at how many calories you burn during this ride.
Another 45-60 minute class that will test your endurance with interval training consisting of HIIT climbs or sprints with short breaks and upper body work in between. Don't stop until you get enough, so KEEP SPINNING!
